Book Study Facilitation

Reading a great book is one thing…the discussions make the difference!

When you and your team have embarked upon a quest to become more trauma-informed, one key step is to learn together. What better way than a book study? We can help you along by facilitating the process and building your leadership capacity simultaneously.

reading together, learning together, growing together

When you’ve begun this journey to become trauma-invested, you may want to consider engaging in a book-study with your team. We recommend beginning with Fostering Resilient Learners, our first book. If you’re farther along in the process, you may want to read our second book together: Relationship, Responsibility, and Regulation. Either way, sometimes having an author (or one of our dynamic Associates) facilitating the process can really enhance the learning - and it frees you up to learn alongside your team without dividing your time with facilitation duties.
