10 Steps to Having a hard conversation

This is not easy to do and we must begin to have these conversations. Also, at the end of each module are knowledge check questions for attendees to answer to ensure that learning did occur. Attendees must get an 80% on each test in order to move onto the next section. Once the course has been completed, attendees can download a certificate of completion.
