Multi Step Approach to Meeting Student Need

Balancing the ongoing questions of “when do I discipline and when do I give some grace” is a struggle all education professionals face.  With the uptick in hard behaviors and the stress of the job, sometimes it feels as though nothing is working.  We often set expectations that seem awfully reasonable to us. However, to many of our youth, they may be out of reach - and/or based on knowledge they just don't have…yet. Also, at the end of each module are knowledge check questions for attendees to answer to ensure that learning did occur.  Attendees must get an 80% on each test in order to move onto the next section. Once the course has been completed, attendees can download a certificate of completion.
