I have been spending a great deal of time in schools, working directly with staff providing observation, consultation and professional development. One of the resources I noticed was lacking in consistency was communication on how best to know and understand one another across all levels of the campus. So, I decided to develop a set of resources designed to address this in a consistent and hopefully helpful way. I made this resource available for the whole school. You can decide as a team where you want to store the information and how you want to share the information with others.
